Free Number Rack App from MLC

MLC is pleased to announce the release of the Number Rack App available at no charge from the iApps Store in iTunes and as a free Web application.

MME Donations 2011

Congratulations to the recipients of the Math and the Mind's Eye donation program.  Twenty-one institutions from fifteen states recevied more than 2,800 free MME units.

Online Course Registration Open

MLC offers an online Bridges course during the winter, as well as contract workshops that can be tailored to the specific needs of your school or district. The eight-week online Bridges course begins in January and offers support for those currently implementing Bridges in Mathematics. New Director of Professional Dev

Pia Hansen joined MLC this month as Director of Professional Development. Pia brings a wealth of experience as a classroom teacher, workshop leader, and educational consultant. She is the co-author of Bridges in Mathematics Grade 3 and author of Mathematics Coaching Handbook: Working with Teachers to Improve Instruction. Pia will assume responsibility for professional development and support from Frazer Boergadine, VP of Programs who will be retiring September 30.
